Maryland's State Health System Innovation Plan

The State Health System Innovation Plan (SHSIP) serves as the final deliverable for the State Innovation Model (SIM) initiative. The SHSIP reflects the activities that the State of Maryland undertook to plan for and effectuate health system transformation. The report describes the efforts under Maryland's SIM Round Two design project, as well as the efforts under the All-Payer Model Agreement--two pathways which, working in tandem, are a means to promote transformation in the state.
